Welcome to the Southern Interior Health & Welfare Plan web site. This site is designed to provide information for Plan Members and Participating Employers regarding the health benefits provided under the Southern Interior Health & Welfare Plan. The site allows Plan Members to:

• Access online versions of the Health Benefits Plan booklet, and
• Access and print common Health Benefits Plan forms. (You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, as all forms are posted in PDF format.)
